I don't take very good photos to begin with, and I don't know if I can say that this is the best photo that I took in 2006, but I think it's really interesting and I like the colours in it. I wish it wasn't so dark (or that the yellow wasn't so bright) so then I could enhance the colours a bit, but when I tried the room in the background got SERIOUSLY yellow. And it looked really strange.

When Nels was here we went to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls and tooks loads of photos.
Maybe it's morbid. Or depressing. Maybe it's just life. But when I took this photo, the butterfly was slowly dying. To be honest, there were a lot of dead and dying butterflies there, but I guess that's just the course of life. Right?
