Wow.
My goodness it's been a LONG time since I've posted anything here, hasn't it?
There hasn't really been any reason for not posting here, except, I've been posting over in my LJ instead.
And while I like the layout and stuff better here, I'm always inclined to go back to LJ because that's where the majority of my friends are, so it makes more sense, right?
But then again, you always have those days where you don't really care who reads your posts because they're not really anything important. They're just for the sake of being there and to get some things off your chest. Or something.
Am I right?
Lately, I've been saying oh my goodness a lot. I'm not really sure why. I guess you go through these phases of words that you tend to say a lot more frequently than others. At least I go through those phases, haha.
What's new. What's new.
Well, school is out until January. Thankfully. However, I'm still working two jobs. Teaching piano lessons, where I now have fifteen students and teaching Japanese on Saturday mornings for the Catholic Schoolboard. My class is small, I think there's only like nine or ten kids providing they ALL come which hardly EVER happens... but they're all nice kids and I enjoy it so that's what counts. Our last day before the break is this Saturday and I'm debating whether or not I should create a worksheet package for them to complete over the break. Most of the kids who are taking Japanese are there because they really want to learn it, and a month off... well that hurts anyone. But I either make on and everyone does it, or I don't make one. I can't say well, you can do it if you want, but you don't HAVE to. If I say that, then a few will do it and a few won't and when they come back they'll be all over the place as far as skill level goes and it's bad enough as it is. So, no.
In less than two weeks I'll be on my way to Holland! I'm really excited!
I can't wait to hang out with Nels again; I really wish we lived closer.
Maybe I should learn some Dutch... I pretend that I can speak Dutch, but...
Here's a secret.
I really can't.
Hahaha.
A few of my friends and I started a blog about visual kei bands; it's mostly news and stuff but we post gossip, rants and all that jazz. Check it out if you have some time and are interested ⇒ Shattered Tranquility.
